Leadership Roles

Ambitious PinPoint associates will have the chance to earn additional pay through additional responsibilities as Driver Leaders and Ambassadors in our organization.

Driver Leaders

Driver Leaders take on the leadership of teams of drivers, using their established skills to improve the quality of everyone’s work. People for these roles are selected based on performance and exhibition of leadership qualities.

Ambassadors

These important associates in addition to driving act as specialists in specific areas of our operation where they have past experience of demonstrated expertise with PinPoint. These range from ADP, Mentor, wellness endeavors to social media promotion – if your abilities can improve a corner of our company, we want to use them!

Our Hiring Process

We have an eight-step process for adding new members to our team, ensuring everyone who drives for PinPoint has the drive to be valuable member of the organization.

  1. Apply online
  2. Complete interviews
  3. Receive and accept our contingent “at will” job offer
  4. Undergo a 7 yr background check, 4 Panel drug test (these two at our expense) and onboarding questionnaire
  5. Paperwork time…I9, W4 and setup on ADP for payroll
  6. Enroll in a 2 or 3 day paid Amazon training on-site at our delivery station
  7. Orientation and PinPoint training on safety, loading, driving and delivery of packages with other PinPoint associates
  8. Spend six additional days running “nursery” routes with lower package counts to build ability, confidence and competences
